  • This course has been designed for you to use at home at your own pace and once purchased, it's your to keep. it's for absolute beginners or those whoo wish to gain a deeper foundational knowledge of to mindfulness and meditatio. Each audio is between 10 - 20 minutes long and can be listed to via any device. It brings practical tips on how and when to meditate, what to do when the mind wanders, how to use meditation for your own personal benefit.   • Join me at @dynamichotyogaportslade for a monthly guided meditation class. These classes are suitable for all levels, even complete beginnners. Each month I'll be offering something different with meditations including journeying, breathwork, body scanning and visualiation. All with the aim of allowing your day to come to completion in a calm, secure space. During this class I also use Sage, incense or Aqua De Florida to clear your energy.
    Meditation is a proven technique in calming the nervous system and encouring clarity of thought and focus. It also supports intuitive development and emotional regulation. Open to non members of the yoga studio if you book via my website. Please note bookings close 1 hour before, doors open at 7.20pm, class is 40 minutes.
  • This audio course has been designed to bring awareness and gentle practice of meditation and mindfulness to children, the target age range is between 7-12 yrs but this is just a guide, you know your child best. It is yours to keep so you can dip in and out as you choose. Each audio comes with some Reflection Questions and Mindfulness Tasks to try that week at home, great to getting the whole family involved.  Oder children may follow the audio guide alone but your involvement would be of benefit and is necessary for 8yrs and below.Full instructions and notes on how to best the use are course on emailed on completion of purchase. Each audio is between 10 – 20 minutes in length. Mindfulness tasks are around 30 minutes per session.   • Would you like to start 2026 with a new perspective and a new approach to managing life? The join this course to create a new outlook by understanding and implementing Mindfulness. With this course, you will part of a small private group, meeting live each week with Sally Davis, award winning Mindfulness Coach. The aim is to give you a foundation of knowledge to apply to your own situations and use beyond the course. The weekly meetings will include the week topic, a reflective task and discussion. You will also be chance to ask questions and receive individual feedback.The techniques covered will allow you understand how to make personal change via awareness of your thoughts, feelings and actions. Content covered feel calmer, be in control, become emotionally regulated, form better habits & be more present.Packed with useful tips plus techniques to try at home each week.
