  • This Shamanic inspired circle is your opportunity to gentle say goodbye to the Summer and  welcome the warm energy of autumn.  We shall gather for guided meditation, cacao, oracle cards, drumming, energy clearing and inner wisdom. You can use this time to consider your own equilibrium & where you need to re-balance your life. The equinox is a time when day and night are equal and, with this just passing, you can consider the light & shade and giving & receiving in your own life. Allow the warmth of the Cacao to open your heart to the wisdom from your Guides in your journey.

    About Cacao Cacao is full of vitamins and minerals. It does have some stimulating properties and can raise the heart rate but it is generally regarded as very safe, even in the higher doses that you might drink in a ceremony. Its primary stimulant is theobromine. Those who should however be cautious: if you are pregnant, have heart problems or  if you have sensitivity to caffeine or chocolate. Caffeine should be avoided 3 hours prior to the event. Consult your doctor if you are on antidepressants, you can still take it but we will give you a small portion.  There will also be sage smudging if you wish.
  • This course has been designed for you to use at home at your own pace and once purchased, it's your to keep. it's for absolute beginners or those whoo wish to gain a deeper foundational knowledge of to mindfulness and meditatio. Each audio is between 10 - 20 minutes long and can be listed to via any device. It brings practical tips on how and when to meditate, what to do when the mind wanders, how to use meditation for your own personal benefit.     LESSON THREE      Seated Meditation for Grounding Based around making you more  grounded. Having a sense of 'grounding' creates stability and makes way for clarity and decisiveness through a strong sense of self.

  • A mindfulness meditation class designed to help the day melt away. Using a variety of guided techniques, you will encourge the body to pause, quiet the mind and use visualisation to increase clarity and focus. This class is lying down on the floor, please wear warm, loose clothing and bring a mat.
    If you are a member of Underground Gym, this class is included in your membership

  • This audio course has been designed to bring awareness and gentle practice of meditation and mindfulness to children, the target age range is between 7-12 yrs but this is just a guide, you know your child best. It is yours to keep so you can dip in and out as you choose. Each audio comes with some Reflection Questions and Mindfulness Tasks to try that week at home, great to getting the whole family involved.  Oder children may follow the audio guide alone but your involvement would be of benefit and is necessary for 8yrs and below. Full instructions and notes on how to best the use are course on emailed on completion of purchase. Each audio is between 10 – 20 minutes in length. Mindfulness tasks are around 30 minutes per session. Content includes: Meditation can boost focus and concentration, help children release feelings of worry, promote restful sleep and help with the connection between body and mind.

  • This monthly online group is designed around the guidance of the Oracle cards alongside a short guided meditation.  Sally will draw a separate card for each person and give feedback on the meaning. This is a small group, perfect for those wishing to delve a little deeper. Limited to 4 people per session. Held on Zoom, you must have a suitable space at home to set up and login.
