A morning meditation circle to start your day with lightness, connection and peace. Set yourself gentle and inspiring intentions for your day and allow the woods to warmly connect with you. All held around a fire in the Wood Glade Shelter in Wilderness Woods. Parking is free and the shelter has comfortable bench seating, advisable to bring a blanket. Please arrive by 10.15am and meet at The Hatch Cafe, wear suitable footwear for a ten minute walk into the woods.
Note: August’s circle is on a Sunday due to a wedding at the woods. There is no circle in December
