Mindfulness and meditation classes with Sally Davis

  • A weekly meditation class to allow you time to pause. Focusing on releasing physical in the tension in the body and creating stillness in the mind. This guided meditation is the perfect way to end your day, clear your mind and press re-set. Coached is brand new wellness facility, offering small group sessions ideal for restorative practises. Non-members can book here or get in touch with the Coached team. Buy 4 sessions in advance for lower rate of £30. Classes to be used within 6 weeks.

  • During this online guided meditation circle we work with non-physical energy, I use the Angel Cards to guide you to call in your spirit guide. During the meditation we will help bring you peace, clarity and love. From the comfort of your own home you can settle down and create a calm, space, you’ll be invited to check-in before we begin and then you can mute and turn off your camera, settle down and connect with the guided meditation.  At the end you are invited to join in again to feedback or you can leave the meeting and stay in your peaceful place. Each person is sent an email with the direct message from the Card that has been drawn for them.   • A morning meditation circle to start your day with lightness, connection and peace. Set yourself gentle and inspiring intentions for your day and allow the woods to warmly connect with you. All held around a fire in the Wood Glade Shelter in Wilderness Woods. parking is free and the shelter has comfortable bench seating.
