Designed to support you to explore your true self, step into self acceptance and return with a new self of empowerment. This weekend encourages you to create shifts by retreating from everyday life, honouring yourself and your Soul and letting go of what no longer serves you. Held in the luxurious retreat venue with private rooms, stunning grounds and carefully considered communal spaces. A small slice of nurture and nourishment for you to experience.
Using releasing rituals, visualisations, silence, energy work & meditation. Each technique guiding you to a place of stillness, clarity and true self reflection.
Your daily free time, give you a chance to make use of the onsite outdoor sauna, explore the grounds or reflect in the quote communal space. Suitable for anyone wishing to go deep within themselves, men and women. The venue holds space for private or shared rooms. The retreat starts on Friday late afternoon and ends after breakfast on Monday.

Rooms are available as solo or twin occupancy located in private lodges around the site. The venue has won several awards including Best Customer Service award by Sussex Life and Muddy Stilletto Winner 2019. Stunning rooms, considered decor and plentiful outdoor space.
