You will meditate and reflect on your intentions for the year ahead, then tune into the messages from your Inner Self. This audio course has been designed to bring awareness and gentle practice of meditation and mindfulness to children, the target age range is between 7-12 yrs but this is just a guide, you know your child best. It is yours to keep so you can dip in and out as you choose. Each audio comes with some Reflection Questions and Mindfulness Tasks to try that week at home, great to getting the whole family involved. Oder children may follow the audio guide alone but your involvement would be of benefit and is necessary for 8yrs and below. Full instructions and notes on how to best the use are course on emailed on completion of purchase. Each audio is between 10 – 20 minutes in length. Mindfulness tasks are around 30 minutes per session. Content includes: Meditation can boost focus and concentration, help children release feelings of worry, promote restful sleep and help with the connection between body and mind.

As 2024 draws to an end, take the opportunity to have some time to yourself and support your self care. This winter circle is based around the Winter Solstice, a time when slowly, light starts to re-enter our lives. The evening includes gentle and natural ways to honour yourself, including an offering of either Peruvian Cacao or locally foraged tea, journalling, a guided meditation with drumming and gentle movement to awaken the body. Held in a beautiful yurt in West Sussex with candle light and a log burner. Soothe the soul as you end the year and settle your energy after the festivties of December. Date: Friday 27th December Time: 7pm – 8.30pm Cost: £22.50 Venue: Lets Retreat, Anmerging, West Sussex Open to men and women, beginners are welcome. Maximum group size is 10 people. Ceremonial Cacao is gentle plant medicine, it is said to open the heart centre, balance the body and elevate mood. It is generally considered a safe and gentle plant. Foraged tea is offered as an alternative.
