I took part in Sally's 28 Day Mindfulness Challenge. Each weekly session was informative and insightful and focused on a different area of mindfulness. In the group sessions Sally was able to tailor individual tasks for each person to work on their own personal areas of development. My 1-1 session with Sally was a great opportunity to delve deeper into areas that I could work on to be more mindful. I felt supported throughout the sessions and made to feel comfortable to open up about my experiences and progress throughout the sessions, noticed my confidence improve and my anxiety reduce week by week. Both myself and partner attended Sally’s Awaken The Wild Within Weekend Retreat at Wilderness Woods, Hadlow Down, in early July 2023. From start to finish we found the weekend so recharging and uplifting. Sally was a wonderful host, the food was amazing, the woods enchanting, the sessions of mindfulness, Forest bathing, Craft-Making, and Shamanic Fire Circle restored in each of us that which the stresses of life had taken from us - restoring calm and balance within.
