Begin your journey into understanding and implementing Mindfulness in this small 4 week course. Meeting each week you’ll be equipped with a foundation of knowledge to apply to your own life and use beyond the course. The weekly meetings will include a topic, a self reflection task and a guided meditation. You will also be given the chance to ask questions and receive individual feedback. This course is supporting you to make personal change via awareness of your thoughts, feelings and actions. Content covered will allow you feel calmer, be in control, become emotionally regulated, form better habits & be more present.
