I love Sally's Thursday evening class. I always sleep so well afterwards and it sets me up well for my very busy Friday's at work. I find meditation alone a real challenge, so doing guided meditation has made a big difference to my head space. Thank you Sally x

I took part in Sally's 28 Day Mindfulness Challenge. Each weekly session was informative and insightful and focused on a different area of mindfulness. In the group sessions Sally was able to tailor individual tasks for each person to work on their own personal areas of development. My 1-1 session with Sally was a great opportunity to delve deeper into areas that I could work on to be more mindful. I felt supported throughout the sessions and made to feel comfortable to open up about my experiences and progress throughout the sessions, noticed my confidence improve and my anxiety reduce week by week. I would like to thank Sally for all the hardwork that she puts into these sessions and I would definitely recommend attending as I continue reap the benefits of what I have learnt.

My first ever retreat and it surpassed all expectations! Sally's expert guidance and energy created a wonderfully safe space for the group to to share, reflect and grow within the magical woodland surrounding. Both myself and partner attended Sally’s Awaken The Wild Within Weekend Retreat at Wilderness Woods, Hadlow Down, in early July 2023. From start to finish we found the weekend so recharging and uplifting. Sally was a wonderful host, the food was amazing, the woods enchanting, the sessions of mindfulness, Forest bathing, Craft-Making, and Shamanic Fire Circle restored in each of us that which the stresses of life had taken from us - restoring calm and balance within. As a practising physiotherapists and holistic therapist myself I can thoroughly recommend Sally’s Retreats for anyone seeking to naturally restore or reset from life’s challenges. We spend without thinking on others, on our car or house maintenance for example - it should not be seen as a luxury to spend on maintaining and loving ourselves. Do something for you and value yourself.

I did a weekend retreat with Sally of Leap Mindfulness and it was wonderful. A few days' of digital detox, breathing fresh air, eating mountains of good food and shutting out the noise to look within. Sally holds the space with strength and sensitivity, taking you on a fantastic journey with like-minded souls. If you are a single traveller feeling a little hesitant about joining one of Sally's events by yourself, don't worry. You will be warmly welcomed and safely held

It was a soulful, heartwarming experience which was conducted with a passion and empathy commensurate with Sally's calmly insightful nature.
