During this winter retreat, take time to immerse yourself in nurture and start emerging from Winter. Designed to support you to explore, experience and reflect on true self-care and to seek the opportunity to take this into everyday life. You’ll be supported to create transformational shifts by honouring your physical body, connecting deeply to your Soul and feeling the power of Universal Life Force. You’re invited to step away with a new version of yourself & to guide you into 2025 placing nurture at the heart of your priorities .
Your lead host for the weekend is award winning guide Sally Davis, who will give you an insight into different practices, exploring visualisations, silence, energy work, cacao & Shamanic Journeys. Sally will explain each technique and guide you to stillness, clarity and inner reflection. The aim is to bring you to a true sense of knowing, deeply connected to your intuition. Your food will be wholesome, home cooked and nourishing. Everyone is welcome, those on a spiritual journey or those who wish to simply take time away from everyday life. This is group is 10 people maximum.

Sally has hosted retreats since 2017, she offers a safe and welcoming space for those wishing to explore something new, take time to pause or to ignite some fun. She welcomes you with an open heart.

There are 6 bedrooms in the main house and 2 further bedrooms in the barn which is own kitchenette. Most rooms are ensuite. With two rooms sharing a bthroom directly ourside of the bedroom.
