Begin your journey into understanding and implementing Mindfulness in this 1:2:1 course with Sally. Meeting each week you’ll be given a foundation of knowledge to apply to your own life. The weekly sessions can be held online or in person. Content includes, a self reflection task, a guided meditation and the weeks check-in. This course is designed to support you to make personal change via awareness of your thoughts, feelings and actions. Content covered will allow you feel calmer, be in control, become emotionally regulated, form better habits & be more present.
