This 4 week live online course will give you the tools to implement Mindfulness in to your everyday life. By making simple changes, you can create balance and harmony and have a greater understanding of your own personal habits. This course is hosted live by Sally each week with a maximum of 4 participants. This is your opportunity to get 121 feedback and increase your knowledge base. Mindfulness is highly effective in managing stress, improving sleep, creating a greater sense of self and boosting positivity.
