The focus of this weekend is on making you feel strong, empowered and truly alive. Supporting your physical health and mental wellbeing, you’ll have the opportunity to feel nourished whilst having some fun. PT Lauren Potter will lead small group strength classes, boxing for all abilities, animal flow and morning jogs. Your Mindfulness Coach, Sally Davis, will offer meditation classes and mindfulness workshops on how to manage stress and support your emotional wellbeing. The venue offers private and twin rooms in a secluded Sussex location.
