Celebrate and honour the Summer Solstice in the woods. We gather around the fire, hidden in the woods on the longest day of the year, connecting with one another, with Spirit and with the energy of the Sun. There will be guided meditation to ground ourselves then a Shamanic inspired journey with the intention of releasing and receiving the energy of the fire, shake off old energy and find the fire in your belly. Energy cleansing with Sage & Aqua De Florida will be offered. Use this time to strengthen your inner confidence, empowerment and allow yourself to shine. You are invited stay at the fire until the Sun has gone down.

Sally Davis is an Accredited Meditation & Mindfulness Coach with a passion for Shamanic practices, mindfulness, meditation & energy work. She uses gentle tools to help you create change and accomplish peace and purpose. She is a Level 2 Reiki Practitioner and has completing training in Shamanic Journeying, Heart Healing, Drumming & Power Retrievals. Sally has also completed the Cacao Ceremony with Heart Warriors and The Lendrick Lodge Fire Walk. She works with the elements of Earth, Wind, Fire and Water in her group circles and uses this for her energy work.
