In honour of the upcoming Summer Solstice, we'll gather in the woods and around the fire for drumming, guided meditations, energy clearing and soulful connection to the powerful Sun. Our intention will be be ignite our own inner spark and tune into our Solar Plexus, the energy centre linked to strength, vitality, ego, willpower,  stamina and inner power.
