  • This course has been designed for you to use at home at your own pace and once purchased it's your to keep.   It's for people who are absolute beginners to mindfulness and meditation or those who wish to re-visit it. Each audio is between 10 - 20 minutes long and can be listed to via any device. It brings practical tips on how and when to meditate, what to do when the mind wanders, how to use meditation for your own personal benefit.   • This audio course has been designed to bring awareness and gentle practice of meditation and mindfulness to children, the target age range is between 7-12 yrs but this is just a guide, you know your child best. It is yours to keep so you can dip in and out as you choose. Each audio comes with some Reflection Questions and Mindfulness Tasks to try that week at home, great to getting the whole family involved.  Oder children may follow the audio guide alone but your involvement would be of benefit and is necessary for 8yrs and below. Full instructions and notes on how to best the use are course on emailed on completion of purchase. Each audio is between 10 – 20 minutes in length. Mindfulness tasks are around 30 minutes per session. Meeting each week you'll be equipped with a foundation of knowledge to apply to your own  life  and use beyond the course. The weekly meetings will  include a topic, a self reflection task and a guided meditation. You will also be given the chance to ask questions and receive individual feedback. This course is supporting you to make personal change via awareness of your thoughts, feelings and actions.   • During this online guided meditation circle we work with non-physical energy, I use the Angel Cards to guide you to call in your spirit guide. During the meditation we will help bring you peace, clarity and love. From the comfort of your own home you can settle down and create a calm, space, you’ll be invited to check-in before we begin and then you can mute and turn off your camera, settle down and connect with the guided meditation.  At the end you are invited to join in again to feedback or you can leave the meeting and stay in your peaceful place. Each person is sent an email with the direct message from the Card that has been drawn for them.
