    Begin your journey into  implementing Mindfulness in this 1:2:1 course with Sally. Meeting each week, you'll be given a foundation of knowledge to apply to your own life.  Content includes self reflection tasks, the 7 principles of mindfulness, weekly check-in's and homework. This course is designed to support you to make personal change via awareness of your thoughts, feelings and actions. My 4 week online live course has been created to support you by understanding and implementing Mindfulness.With this course, you will part of a small private group of only 4 people, meeting live each week with Sally Davis, award winning Mindfulness Coach. You'll be given a foundation of knowledge to apply to your own situations and use beyond the course. The weekly meetings will include the week topic, a reflective task and discussion. You will also be chance to ask questions and receive individual feedback.The techniques covered will allow you understand how to make personal change via awareness of your thoughts, feelings and actions.Packed with useful tips plus techniques to try at home each week. The sessions are hosted live and you'll have the space to reflect, ask questions and deepen your understanding of yourself and your habits. Each meeting lasts around 50 minutes with 10 mins extra time at the end in case you wish to ask more involved questions. Find a new perspective and a more mindful approach to life. This course is also excellent for those seeking to create more mindfulness in the workplace.
