    LESSON THREE      Seated Meditation for Grounding Based around making you more  grounded. Having a sense of 'grounding' creates stability and makes way for clarity and decisiveness through a strong sense of self.

  • This audio course has been designed to bring awareness and gentle practice of meditation and mindfulness to children, the target age range is between 7-12 yrs but this is just a guide, you know your child best. It is yours to keep so you can dip in and out as you choose. Each audio comes with some Reflection Questions and Mindfulness Tasks to try that week at home, great to getting the whole family involved.  Oder children may follow the audio guide alone but your involvement would be of benefit and is necessary for 8yrs and below. Full instructions and notes on how to best the use are course on emailed on completion of purchase. Each audio is between 10 – 20 minutes in length. Mindfulness tasks are around 30 minutes per session.
