During the week of the autumn equinox, join us on the beautiful site of Wilderness Woods to gather around the fire to honour and connect with Mother Nature. This point in the seasonal cycle, symbolises balance and an opportunity to pause, reflect on what the year has given you so far. Autumn is a time when nature slowly signals that the light will be dimming and we can prepare to slow down a little. This circle will invite you to consider on your own equilibrium and to step gently but confidently into autumn. We will have drumming, guided journey / meditation, energy clearing and an intentions ritual around the fire.The equinox is a time when day and night are equal and this will be your reflection point. - A morning meditation circle to start your day with lightness, connection and peace. Set yourself gentle and inspiring intentions for your day and allow the woods to warmly connect with you. All held around a fire in the Wood Glade Shelter in Wilderness Woods. Parking is free and the shelter has comfortable bench seating, advisable to bring a blanket. Please arrive by 10.15am and meet at The Hatch Cafe, wear suitable footwear for a ten minute walk into the woods.Note: Novembers circle is on a Sunday due to a festive event at the woods.
