A weekend connecting with your wild one that dwells within you. Shamanic inspired traditions are at the heart of this weekend. Exploring your higher-self, connecting with your Guides and feeling the beating heart of Mother Earth. Held within private woodland, you can go off grid and be powered by Universal life force.

At this 3 day retreat retreat, you’ll be invited to call in the wild person who dwells within you, through journeying, fire circles, forest bathing, oracle card readings, meditations, energy clearing, journalling & intuitive practise. Explore conscious rest & energy work, allowing the outside chatter to diminish. Be supported to feel greater strength and clarity and to create the transformation you may seek. Unpeel any layers of self-limiting beliefs, build empowerment and feel the wild call. We will honour our inner Wild One, shake off what no longer serves you, igniting the fire in your belly and setting intentions.

Each day will include shared breakfast, lunch and dinner, alongside the workshops and free time to explore.

Venue
Wilderness Woods is a private woodland in East Sussex, with an abundance of wild birds, trees and small pathways. There is a cafe and woodcraft team on site. The woods will be open to walkers during the daytime but we have exclusive use of the sheltered meditation spaces. The accommodation is spread over three separate timber buildings, plus the Bell tents in a private field. There are several partially covered fire circles hidden ion the woods of which we will access to. For our meals we will come together at the covered, outdoor dining space. This retreat offers beautifully considered and environmentally friendly facilities. Most activities will be outdoors but if it’s’ too wet we shall have use of the Barn.

Food
All meals, snacks and hot drinks are included. Serving vegetarian meals and snacks, our private chef prepares fresh, seasonal, delicious & nourishing delights throughout.the weekend. Vegan, gluten free and other dietary needs on request.

Booking Information
Choose a unique on site cabins or a beautiful pre-pitched bell tents. Bell tents come as standard canvas with ground sheet and fairy lights. Extras: mattress and bedding can be be added at an additional cost. Pay in 3 instalments.
