I’m Sally, an award-winning Mindfulness & Meditation Coach, helping people feel calmer, clearer and more connected to themselves—especially during the moments in life that feel overwhelming, uncertain or emotionally exhausting.
Like many of the people I now work with, I had to go through change to create the life I now have.
There was a time when stress, pressure and the pace of everyday life left me feeling disconnected. Previously working in the performing arts industry, running my own business and constantly busy— internally, I knew something was missing. A deeper connection to life force.
That realisation led me to explore mindfulness, meditation, spirituality and personal development—not just as ideas, but as tools that could genuinely transform the way I lived and felt. And they did.
What started as a personal journey soon became a deep passion and purpose: helping others reconnect with themselves and create more balance, clarity and calm in their lives.
My Approach
My work is about helping people understand themselves more deeply so they can move forward with greater confidence, awareness and self-compassion. Whether you’re navigating stress, change, burnout or simply feeling stuck, mindfulness can offer practical tools to help you slow down, reconnect and create positive change.
Together, we work on:
- Letting go of self-limiting beliefs
- Building emotional resilience and self-awareness
- Creating healthier habits and thought patterns
- Feeling more balanced, grounded and connected
- Connecting on a deeper, spiritual level
I founded Leap Mindfulness in 2017 with the intention of supporting people through life’s challenges and giving them new ways of thinking, coping and growing.
