As we head into Spring, join us for a whole day dedicated to abundant spring energy. You’re invited to shake off the winter and embrace the new season with open arms. Held in a private venue with it;s own woodland in Sussex, you’ll experience guided meditation, a Shamanic inspired journey, woodland walk and energy clearing. This event is being co-hosted with award winning food writer, broadcaster and podcaster, Gilly Smith.  She’ll prepare a nourishing vegatarian lunch plus afternoon tea and treats. This mini retreat is the perfect way to welcome the spring, acknowledge the upcoming equinox and set your intentions for the months ahead.

About Gilly Smith, Co-Host
Gilly is an award-winning food writer and podcaster who’s been writing and making radio, television and podcasts since the early ’90s, mainly about the influence of culture of food. She has also written articles for the national press and academic journals, largely about food, philosophy and ethical travel. Her book, Taste and the TV Chef won the 2020 Gourmand Award for best UK food writing and the International Impact Award 2021.
