In honour of the Winter Solstice, we’ll gather for drumming, guided meditation, a drum journey and Cacao. Our intention will be to open the heart and gently nurtyure the Soul. This is a time of quiet relfection and allowing yourself to pause and hearing the whisper of your inner-being. Higher guidence will accessed via your journey and journalling.
