Held within the beautiful yurt and outdoor space at Lets Retreat, this circle is designed to help you reconnect with yourself, Mother Earth, and the wisdom that lives within.We begin with a welcome circle and guided meditation focusing on the solar plexus and the third eye. Then you will have heart-opening ceremonial cacao (or herbal tea if preferred), accompanied by your Oracle card. The cacao invites the body and spirit to soften and open. From there, you will be guided into a powerful trance dance experience — an invitation to release stagnant energy, awaken your life force, and move freely beyond the mind.You will then journey deeper through a drumming meditation, helping you access inner guidance, messages from your Higher Self, spirit guides, or ancestors.
