    The focus of this retreat weekend is on making you feel strong, empowered and truly alive. Supporting your physical health,  emotional well-being and Soul self. You'll have the opportunity to feel nourished whilst having some fun and time for self relfection. Personal Trrainer Lauren Potter will lead small group strength & movement sessions. Your Mindfulness Coach, Sally Davis, will offer meditation classes and mindfulness workshops on how to manage stress and support your emotional wellbeing. The venue offers private and twin rooms in a secluded Sussex location with a huge outdoor space, studio and open plan communal dining.
