Would you like to start 2026 with a fresh perspective and a new way to manage your wonderful body?You're invited to join Sally Davis from Leap Mindfulness and Claire McGuiness from Living in Sync at a beautiful circle especially for women. Together we’re inviting you to understand more deeply about your menstrual cycle, the ebb and flow of your hormones and how meditation can improve your overall stress responses. The link between stress and hormone imbalance has never been more present. This is an opportunity to feel rested & connected whilst informing you on how to align with your bodies natural rytham. Sally will offer guided meditations and stress management techniques, Claire will highlight the hormonal cycle and together offer tips to manage your stress in this busy world. London Nootropics Coffee and herbal tea will be served as refreshments alongside nourishing treats.Please note this workshop is focused on women still in their regular cycle or peri-menopausal phase. A follow up menopause workshop will be hosted in March.
