Mindfulness for the Workplace

Support Your Staff
& Leap Ahead

A positive workplace culture starts with people who feel supported, focused and valued. Mindfulness and personal development can play a powerful role in improving wellbeing at work, helping teams manage pressure, build resilience and communicate more effectively.

By developing greater self-awareness, individuals can learn practical ways to reduce stress and anxiety linked to workload and daily pressures. Mindfulness has also been shown to support mental clarity, emotional regulation and focus, helping people feel more balanced and better equipped to perform at their best.

Workshops & Presentations

Workplace workshops include a presentation, short self reflection tasks and a Q&A. Sessions are designed to be practical, engaging, informative and accessible for all levels of experience. Participants will learn simple, realistic techniques that can be applied immediately within busy working environments.

Sessions can be delivered:

  • In person or online
  • As one-off presentations or ongoing programmes
  • For teams, leadership groups or whole organisations

Ideal for:

  • Staff wellbeing initiatives
  • Team development days
  • Workplace wellbeing events
  • Leadership and resilience training

Meditation for Gyms & Wellness Spaces

Meditation classes are also popular with gyms, studios and wellness centres looking to offer clients a more balanced approach to health and fitness—supporting the mind alongside the body. These sessions provide a calm, accessible space for relaxation, mental reset and overall wellbeing.

Statistics 2023 – 2024

  • Poor mental well-being costs employers in the UK an estimated £42 billion annually through sickness absence and staff turnover.
  • Over the past decade, the number of workers aged 16–34 years who reported their mental health limits the type or amount of work they can do, has more than quadrupled.
  • On average, there is a positive return on investment of around £5 for every £1 invested in mental health interventions in the workplace. (from mentalhealth.org)
Studies now show consistent mindfulness practises can reduce stress responses in the brain by limiting the release of cortisol. It also positively impacts the hippocampus, the part of our brain used for memory and focus.

“Sally is an all round brilliant human being. I’ve worked with her on a 1:1 basis, I’ve been on her empowering retreats and also attend her monthly meditations. She is supportive, intuitive and brilliant at holding space for everyone who attends her sessions.” Kerry Harrison, copywriter

“I have just competed Sally’s 10 day meditation course. I have to admit I felt a little apprehensive about how 10 minutes per day would change how I felt about myself and my surroundings. What can I say …wow. I would definitely recommend the service Sally provides.” Debbie Ferriday, NHS Senior Nurse
