Held within the beautiful yurt and sacred outdoor space at Lets Retreat, this Shamanic-inspired experience is designed to help you reconnect with yourself, Mother Earth, and the quiet wisdom that lives within.
We begin by sharing heart-opening ceremonial cacao (or herbal tea if preferred), allowing the body and spirit to soften and open. From there, you will be guided into a powerful trance dance experience — an invitation to release stagnant energy, awaken your life force, and move freely beyond the mind.
You will then journey deeper through a guided Shamanic meditation accompanied by the rhythmic beat of the drum, helping you access inner guidance, messages from your Higher Self, spirit guides, or ancestors. The afternoon concludes around the fire with a gentle yet powerful fire ritual for release, intention, and transformation.
This circle is a sacred opportunity to ground deeply into Mother Earth, quiet the noise of everyday life, and open to the whispers your soul may be longing to hear.
