Bespoke 1:2:1 sessions are created to guide you to discover life with ease, balance, empowerment and clarity, using Mindfulness, Mindset & Meditation. The techniques are simple to implement, yet have profound results. Each can assist you with personal growth, emotional healing or spiritual development.
These modalities are suitable for all people, of all ages, from any religious background, with or without experience. You will be held in a beautiful, safe space and given time to be heard. Each session will be created just for you and will have your objective and self care at the heart of it. I often work intuitively and always go your pace.
Most people book in block of 3 but stand alone sessions are also available. I work from 3 locations: my home studio in Brighton, from Wilderness Woods in Hadlow Down and via Zoom.
