Self awareness and the promotion of personal development can help create a more harmonious & productive working environment. Reducing stress related absences, increasing focus and resilience and embedding a sense of value throughout a team play an important role in the workplace. Mindfulness can help to reduce feelings of stress and anxiety that are associated with workload. Plus, it has shown to increase mental clarity and emotional regulation, this gives people autonomy over their own mental health and well-being.
My workshops and presentations can be designed for all levels of experience, it is not related to any religion and therefore can be accessed by anyone. The techniques are simple to apply and can be give participants a sense of advocacy. Sessions can be delivered in person or online, from a one-off presentation to ongoing training.
My meditation classes are also popular with gyms and wellness centres who wish to offer their clients a different type of approach to fitness, working on the mind, alongside the body.

Fee’s are charged at half day, full day or in block bookings. There is a 10% discount for registered charities

Over the past decade, the number of workers aged 16–34 years who reported their mental health limits the type or amount of work they can do, has more than quadrupled.
