Education teams are now recognising the role of mindfulness and self care in the learning environment. A positive mindset, emotional regulation and a strong sense of self can support aspiration & success. My mindfulness workshops can be booked for either students or staff.

Mindfulness techniques enable individuals to implement simple tools to assist them in times of pressure. By reflecting on their own behaviours, people can make small changes that may have long term lasting positive impact.

For staff my workshops are ideal to use on CPD or INSET days or well-being events. For students they can be delivered to support the PSHE or Personal Development curriculum. The mindfulness tools given, can help during exam periods or other potentially stressful situations. They are also excellentnin offering people ways to self manage. Workshops can be delivered directly to students or hosted as a presentation for staff. Mindfulness & meditation are now backed by science & suitable for people from all backgrounds and faiths.

What I offer

All the workshops & presentations contain a mix of presented information, group discussion and simple self-reflection exercise. The length and depth of workshops is your choice. A general student mindfulness workshop is 55 minutes.

Student Workshop

Workshops offer a more indepth approach. They work best with smaller, targeted groups. They are ideal for personal development, stress management, boosting emotional resilience, exam preparation, overcoming anxiety, increasing focus. Workshops can be also be booked in blocks of 6 over a set period of time.

Presentation

Presentations last 45 minutes and offer a quick blast of information whilst maintainging the integraty of the content. Great for giving people a basic understanding of mindfulness and how best they can imprement it.


Staff Training

Providing essential tools to help manage well-being. Including stress, time, mental clarity and workload. These are practical mindfulness and meditation techniques that people can implement with minimal disruption, each backed by science. Ideal for CDP days.

  • 90 Mins: £250.00 1 x 90 minute workshop or 2 x 45 mins
  • Half Day: £315.00 3 Hours – morning or afternoon
  • Full Day: £445.00 6 hours – up to 4 workshops

Block Bookings – used on academic year

  • 3 x Full Days: £1000.00
  • 3 x Half Days: £690.00
  • 6 x Workshops: Price on request

I arrive 60 minutes prior to the start time and I supply all relevant memo’s or hand-outs in advance. I can also provide Parent Presentations and Teacher Workshops.
