Supporting staff wellbeing is increasingly recognised as essential to maintaining high-quality teaching and a positive school culture. Mindfulness offers a sustainable approaches to managing workload and pressure.

Mindfulness is the practice of developing a clear, present-moment awareness of our thoughts, emotions and actions. In an educational setting, it provides powerful tools to support wellbeing, focus and emotional resilience—benefiting both students and staff. The sessions are designed to be practical, accessible and grounded in real-world application.

Schools & colleges are increasingly recognising the importance of wellbeing as a foundation for learning. Developing a positive mindset, emotional regulation and self-awareness can significantly enhance student engagement, aspiration, personal relationships and long-term success.

Practical, Lasting Impact

Participants leave with simple, effective mindfulness techniques that can be applied immediately—both in and out of the classroom. By encouraging reflection and small behavioural changes, these sessions aim to create lasting, positive impact across the school community.

How Sessions Work

These sessions are designed to be interactive, relaxed and genuinely useful—not just another talk at the front of the room. Expect a mix of:

– Easy-to-follow teaching (no jargon, just real-life relevance).
– Group discussions where everyone gets involved.
– Simple, but thought provoking, self-reflection exercises& discussion points.
– Everything can be shaped around your timetable and what your students or staff actually need.

Student Workshop (Deep Dive Learning)
These are the most immersive sessions—where real change starts to happen. Perfect for helping students:

– Handle stress and exam pressure without overwhelm.
– Build confidence and emotional resilience.
– Reduce anxiety in a practical way for student to start to self regulating.
– Improve focus (even for the easily distracted).

For the greatest impact, workshops can be delivered as a 4 -session programme, allowing students to build skills over time.

Presentations (Big Impact, Quick Win)
Perfect for larger groups, short, engaging and packed with useful ideas. Students leave with:

– A strong, clear understanding of mindfulness
– Simple techniques they can apply immediately
– A fresh way of thinking about wellbeing and personal connections.

Staff Training (CPD with a Difference)
Support your team with practical tools to manage the demands of school life. Sessions focus on:

– Reducing stress and managing workload in real life.
– Improving focus, mental clarity & productivity.
– Smash targets without creating more stress.
– Building sustainable wellbeing habits.

This is a powerful way to support staff wellbeing while strengthening a whole-school approach. Think of it as a reset. Everyone learns how to take accountability for themselves and presses a re-set button.
