During the week of the autumn equinox, join us on the beautiful site of Wilderness Woods to gather around the fire to honour and connect with Mother Nature. This point in the seasonal cycle, symbolises balance and an opportunity to pause, reflect on what the year has given you so far. Autumn is a time when nature slowly signals that the light will be dimming and we can prepare, gently and slowly for winter’s hibernation period. This circle will invite you meditate on your own equilibrium and to step gently but bcondifently into autumn. We will have drumming, guided journey / meditation, energy clearing and an intentions ritual around the fire.
The equinox is a time when day and night are equal and this will be your reflection point. Considering, light / shade, giving / receiving and your relationship with Mother Earth.
