You’re invited to join meditation guide Sally Davis and Women’s Health Coach, Claire McGuiness @livinginsynchealth, at a circle designed especially for women who are beyond menopause, or approaching that chapter.
The aim is to share experiences, breakdown stereotypes and empower one another to move towards and beyond this phase with knowledge and kindness.
You’ll understand more deeply about the ebb and flow of your hormones and how meditation and mindfulness can play a part in your self-care.
Sally will offer guided meditations and stress management techniques, Claire will highlight the hormonal shifts and how your body can be honoured.
@londonnootropics Coffee and herbal tea will be served as refreshments alongside nourishing treats from Plush! Kitchen.

Please bring a yoga mat to sit on, blankets and blocks for your comfort will be provided. Wear loose, layered clothing for the meditation.
