The GLOW summer retreat is being held in a stunning venue set among ancient woodland in the Wiltshire countryside. Over the three nights and four days you’ll be treated to ritual and releasing work, guided meditations, empowering self-awareness sessions and beautiful Yoga all with the purpose of guiding you to be your most radiant self. The Yoga session, open to all levels, will be led by the wonderful Carolyn Thompson www.yogawithcarolyn.co.uk.
You will be guided to tune your own energy with that of the powerful energy of the sun and igniting the connection you have with your soul. This long weekend offers yoga, meditation and energy work to connect you to your inner self and help you feel empowered to set abundant intentions for your heart, body, mind and soul.
With the Summer Solstice only one week away, we will aim to help you create vibrant energy for your joyful summer ahead. We will explore movement and mind, with practices accessible for all, making space, finding energy, enjoying stillness and connecting to your inner being.
