Begin your journey into understanding and implementing Mindfulness. You will be part of a small private group, meeting each week with Sally. You’ll be equipped with a foundation of knowledge to apply to your own life and use beyond the course. The weekly meetings will include a topic, a discussion and a self reflection task. You will also be given the chance to ask questions and receive individual feedback. The techniques covered will allow you understand how to make personal change via awareness of your thoughts, feelings and actions. There are 5 meetings in total. Content covered will allow you feel calmer, be in control, become emotionally regulated, form better habits & be more present.

You’ll need a quiet space at home to join the meeting plus pen and paper. This is unique opportunity to work on your personal goals, increase your knowledge or start a new journeys in a mindful way of living with likeminded people.
