Mindfulness tips to try at work. These may seen simple but honestly, they can be challenging. Perhaps try one for a month and see how you feel.1. Move away from your usual workspot to have your lunch. Give yourself time to enjoy your food, stop what you’re doing and re-focus.2. Don't take things personally. Everyone is dealing with their own stuff, let go. Respond not react.3. Do a daily walking commute. if you work from home. If not, try 3 mini walks per day. Breathe.4. Stop complaining, It lowers vibration and ripples across everyone. Move away from office gossip. Don’t judge.#LeapMindfulness #Mindfulness #EmotionalWellbeing #DailyIntentions #stepback #loveyourjob

✨ Let go of what no longer serves youI continue to practice everything I offer, l am always curious & always open to learning. I love blending neuroscience and mindset with ancient ritual and practise. I have a particular passion for Shamanism and have spent over 10 years exploring this on a personal level. You'll find many Shamnaic inspired moments in my circles.People I love to follow and learn from... Rumi, Louise Hay, Wayne Dyer, Jay Shetty, Abraham Hicks, Julia Cameron, Eckhart Tolle to name a few.My Approach
